WARRENVILLE CITY COUNCIL TO CONSIDER PROPOSED PURCHASE
On February 17, the Warrenville City Council will consider a proposed Purchase and Sale Agreement with Denver Capital, LLC for a portion of Old Town Redevelopment Site #2, located at the northeast corner of Batavia and Warrenville Roads. This milestone follows more than 10 years of work by the City to acquire, remediate, and prepare the former Citgo property for redevelopment after private investment was not occurring at the site.
